Robert R. Schiller has been Vice Chairman of KSS Holdings and Gregory Mountain Products since April 2008. Mr. Schiller was President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Armor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AH) prior to its sale to a wholly-owned subsidiary of BAE Systems plc on July 31, 2007. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Schiller was Chief Financial Officer of Armor Holdings. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Armor from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Schiller serves on the Boards of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, the Jack Del Rio Foundation and the University of North Florida Foundation. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Emory University in 1985 and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1991.
