NOTE 20. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As part of the TRED Acquisition, on October 9, 2023, the Company paid a fee in the amount of $150 to Kanders & Company, Inc. (“Kanders & Company”) in consideration of the significant support received by the Company from Kanders & Company in sourcing, structuring, performing due diligence and negotiating the TRED Acquisition. Mr. Warren B. Kanders, the Company’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a member of the Board of Directors and sole stockholder of Kanders & Company. No amounts were due to Kanders & Company as of December 31, 2025 or 2024, and the Company did not enter into any other related party transactions with Kanders & Company during the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, or 2023. |
