Black Diamond Announces Second Quarter 2011 Conference Call for Monday, August 8, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. ET

(Nasdaq:BDE) (the "Company"), a leading provider of outdoor recreation equipment and active lifestyle products, will hold a conference call on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The financial results are expected to be reported in a press release after the close of regular stock market trading hours on the same day as the conference call.
